What you will do

• Design an employer branding action plan aligned with business and HR goals.
• Coordinate employer branding activities with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership.
• Ensure consistent employer messaging and integrate branding initiatives into broader business and people strategies.
• Improve visibility across job platforms, career websites, landing pages, social media, and employer review sites.
• Develop employee ambassador programs, internal campaigns, and storytelling workshops.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in employer branding, communications, or recruitment marketing.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and employer review sites.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and cultural contexts.
• Excellent command of English and German and/or Italian.
