Senior AI Agent Engineer (LLM/RAG): Building production-grade, tool-augmented AI agents and multi-step reasoning pipelines integrated with enterprise business systems with an accent on LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and secure agent design. Focus on designing tool-calling workflows, hardening nondeterministic systems for scale, protecting PII, and continuously evaluating and tuning conversational agents.

What you will do
- Design and deliver production-grade, tool-augmented AI agents for enterprise use cases.
- Build multi-step reasoning pipelines and integrate agents with business systems, tools, and data sources.
- Implement LLM orchestration, planning, function calling, model selection, and evaluation.
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation systems with embedding pipelines and semantic search.
- Harden AI products for scale, safety, maintainability, and PII protection.
- Own the agent development lifecycle from scoping through monitoring, optimization, and iterative tuning.
Requirements
- English at B2 Advanced or C1 level, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience with TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python.
- Strong API design, testing, and debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, function and tool calling, model selection, and evaluation.
- Experience with RAG, embedding pipelines, semantic search, and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or CrewAI.
- ML and DevOps literacy, including containerization, CI/CD, GPU and AI infrastructure, caching, automated evaluations, security guardrails, and PII protection.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering real-time or voice agents using SSE or WebSockets.
- Familiarity with MCP, A2A, supervisor or critique agent patterns.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, telecom, or large-scale customer support.
- Experience with automated prompt or agent regression testing frameworks.
