Performance Enablement Lead – Part D Risk Adjustment (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead business intelligence, KPI reporting, and performance measurement for Part D risk adjustment programs.
• Define business rules, metric logic, reporting requirements, and analytic specifications.
• Translate business needs into recurring dashboards, reports, and curated analytic datasets.
• Partner with HTA/IT and enterprise data teams on scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for data visualization and BI best practices.
• Support automation, data quality controls, recurring performance measurement, and broader use of BI outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in business intelligence or analytics projects.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud analytics environments and healthcare datasets.
• Advanced SQL and data-wrangling skills, including experience defining business logic, metrics, and curated reporting datasets.
• Enterprise reporting experience with Power BI and the ability to translate business requirements into recurring analytic solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to senior and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or an advanced quantitative degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Python or PySpark experience for analysis, automation, or data preparation.
• Familiarity with healthcare risk adjustment, medical and prescription claims, membership, or provider analytics.
• Experience operationalizing automated data workflows, data governance, controls, data mining, or predictive modeling.
