Senior Manager, Creator & Influencer Marketing (SMB) (AI)

Salary: $103,000–$183,920 gross annual base salary, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and execute Flow Studio's creator and influencer marketing strategy.
• Identify, recruit, negotiate with, onboard, and manage creators across AI, filmmaking, animation, gaming, VFX, design, and digital arts.
• Develop scalable creator programs, challenges, ambassador initiatives, content series, and launch campaigns.
• Partner with creators to produce authentic content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Discord, livestreams, and emerging platforms.
• Define and analyze KPIs including reach, engagement, video views, product signups, monthly active users, and creator-generated assets.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to optimize creator-led acquisition and share creator insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, social marketing, or digital partnerships.
• Experience managing creator relationships at scale, negotiating partnerships, and managing campaign budgets.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, and emerging creator platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills with strong analytical and ROI measurement capabilities.
• Passion for AI creativity, filmmaking, gaming, animation, or digital creation.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing AI products or creative software.
• Existing creator network in AI, VFX, gaming, design, or filmmaking.
• Experience working with agencies and creator management firms.
• Familiarity with attribution, affiliate programs, and creator analytics.
