Outdoor Digital Campaign Executive

Location: Holborn and Leicester Square, London; minimum office attendance of three days per week

What you will do

• Support sales teams with accurate campaign information and delivery requirements.
• Schedule digital campaigns in internal systems and manage campaign artwork and copy approvals.
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery, targeting at least 98% of campaigns delivered as planned.
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain client relationships, and meet agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with Fulfilment, Digital Faults, and external partners to resolve screen and campaign issues.
• Provide post-campaign analysis and contribute to improvements in Commercial Operations.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, prioritisation, and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-driven, flexible, and able to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and good knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Availability to work from the London office at least three days per week.
