CS EHS Specialist (Semiconductor Manufacturing): Implementing and improving EHS programs at customer semiconductor sites with an accent on regulatory compliance, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety reporting. Focus on analyzing operational issues, conducting root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting audits and continuous improvement.
Location: Tainan, Taiwan; based in the Tainan office and working at customer semiconductor sites

What you will do
- Implement, maintain, and improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures at customer semiconductor sites.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations, and customer-specific EHS requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve EHS issues across operational processes.
- Conduct incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare incident reports, risk assessments, and audit findings, and provide practical EHS guidance.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, site leadership, and other stakeholders on audits, inspections, training, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of EHS experience, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Data analysis, issue resolution, report writing, and documentation skills.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate in both English and Chinese in a professional environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, independence, collaboration, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
Nice to have
- Experience working at semiconductor fabs or supporting customer sites.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other EHS management systems.
- Experience in contractor safety management or site service operations.
