What you will do

• Implement and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures at customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve EHS-related issues across complex operational processes.
• Prepare detailed EHS reports, including risk assessments and audit findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and site leadership to address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of EHS experience, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of EHS regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Fluent in English and effective communication skills in Chinese.
• Proven ability to analyze data and deliver practical safety solutions.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working at semiconductor fabs.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience in contractor safety management.
