Vice President, Investments (Real Estate)

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 base compensation annually

What you will do

• Prepare and execute disposition opportunities from portfolio analysis through closing across the U.S. industrial portfolio.
• Lead West region disposition activity and represent Link with brokers, consultants, and market participants.
• Monitor transaction and leasing activity, competing market participants, and macroeconomic developments.
• Underwrite potential dispositions and prepare transaction materials with brokerage partners, consultants, and junior staff.
• Negotiate LOIs, access agreements, and purchase and sale agreements with in-house and outside counsel.
• Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence and closing while mentoring and developing junior staff.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investments or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate finance, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Argus AE.
• Strong understanding of investment financial concepts, cash flow analysis, time value of money, return on investment, and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated experience leading real estate transactions, including sourcing, negotiation, underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
