What you will do

• Architect and implement secure infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation using zero-trust and least-privilege principles.
• Design and optimize Kubernetes clusters for large-scale workloads, including autoscaling, pod security, and network segmentation.
• Build GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, Spinnaker, and related tools to support blue/green and canary deployments.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and anomaly-detection dashboards with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Orchestrate infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP while maintaining consistent security practices.
• Develop Python and Go automation tooling and troubleshoot complex distributed systems during on-call operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with deep operational experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Expert proficiency with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, including reusable modules and infrastructure patterns.
• Production experience operating Kubernetes at scale, including networking, security contexts, and stateful workloads.
• Hands-on experience designing GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines with tools such as ArgoCD, Spinnaker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Professional coding ability in Python or Go, plus strong Linux administration, Bash, networking, routing, load balancing, and service mesh knowledge.
• Experience with SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, Neptune, and full-stack observability using metrics, logs, and traces.

Nice to have

• AWS Security Specialty, CKS, or equivalent security-focused certification.
• Service mesh experience with Istio, Linkerd, or Consul.
• Chaos engineering experience with Chaos Monkey, Litmus, or similar frameworks.
• Experience promoting GitOps practices, training teams, or reducing cloud spend through resource and architecture optimization.
