RF IC Design and System Simulation Engineer

Annual base salary: USD 121,900–195,000

What you will do

• Develop system-level simulation methodologies for RF Front-End Modules.
• Perform transmitter full-chain verification across power amplifiers, switches, filters, and PCB.
• Build automated workflows to predict overall system performance.
• Debug system issues by identifying root causes and correlating simulations with laboratory measurements.

Requirements

• MS degree or PhD in Engineering focused on RF power amplifiers or related RFIC circuit design.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of transceiver architectures and complete RF front-end chains, including PA, LNA, switches, and filters.
• Proficiency with ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, Dynamic Link, Golden Gate, and HFSS.
• Proficiency with AI coding agents such as Claude Code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience correlating simulation results with lab measurements.

Nice to have

• Hands-on RF power amplifier, switch, or filter circuit design experience.
• Experience with HFSS electromagnetic simulation and thermal analysis.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools such as Cursor.
