What you will do

• Analyze operational, financial, and business data to support staffing, capacity planning, resource planning, and strategic decisions.
• Develop forecasts and analytical models for current and future workforce needs.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Create and maintain Tableau reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations.
• Partner with Business Intelligence teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop reporting solutions and address business questions.
• Support workforce budgeting, financial planning, onboarding of new business groups, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing and interpreting large or complex data sets to drive business decisions.
• Experience with workforce management, capacity planning, staffing models, or operational forecasting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including data storytelling and executive presentations.
• Proficiency with Tableau and other Business Intelligence or data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience; 5–7 years of relevant work experience.

• Background in finance or financial analysis.
