What you will do

Lead maintenance, minor remodeling, and touch-up projects for over 40 stores.
Manage the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, and vendor supervision.
Formulate and execute preventative maintenance strategies to ensure asset longevity.
Support the logistics team with import and export processes for store materials.
Conduct annual store visits to evaluate asset conditions and brand standard compliance.
Manage vendor relationships to optimize price-to-performance ratios.

Requirements

Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, design, or retail maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Strong ability to manage fixed schedules and budgets.
English proficiency (intermediate or higher) is preferred.
Capability to translate brand design concepts into physical retail environments.
