Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global develops Hyperstack, a self-service GPU cloud and AI infrastructure platform for high-performance AI, HPC, and compute-intensive workloads.

What you will do

• Own UX and interaction design across Hyperstack's core journeys, including onboarding, account activation, GPU selection, funding, and Kubernetes workflows.
• Translate technical requirements from the Product Lead into clear workflows and user experiences.
• Research and independently map user journeys using customer feedback and ClusterMax reviews.
• Improve the product experience end to end, from research through shipped design.
• Build Hyperstack's first product design function and contribute directly to product strategy.

Requirements

• Shipped UX or interaction design work for a technical, infrastructure, or developer-facing product.
• Ability to turn direct input from a Product Lead into clear workflows without a large design team or heavy process.
• Independent user research skills, including mapping user journeys without a predefined brief.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, autonomy, and a flat reporting line.

Nice to have

• Product design experience in cloud infrastructure or developer tooling.
• Experience owning complex B2B onboarding or activation flows.
• Experience working as a design function of one or in a similar setup.
