Equity Research Analyst (AI)

Location: Onsite at CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States

Salary: USD 130,000–170,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

hirify.global is a publicly traded media company whose CNBC business is building an AI-powered equity research platform for individual investors.

What you will do

• Convert equity research insights into scalable AI-powered platform features for stock discovery, research, and selection.
• Design and evaluate LLM workflows that process unstructured data and translate it into structured metrics and factors.
• Support sector-based factor models using fundamental research, statistical techniques, and quantitative factor design.
• Conduct deep research and initiate coverage of public equities across industries.
• Contribute to stock-picking models and produce structured investment reports for retail investors.
• Partner with Engineering to implement APIs, DAGs, databases, reproducible backtests, evaluations, and analysis features.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of buy-side public markets investing experience focused on long-term fundamental analysis.
• Experience working with data and collaborating with Engineering on automated equity analysis features.
• Ability to productize fundamental research into repeatable, systematic strategies.
• Experience developing long-term investment theses supported by qualitative and quantitative factors.
• Ability to read financial statements, strong accounting knowledge, and experience building three-statement models.
• Ability to work onsite at CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
