Project Manager / PMO – ERP Transformation Program (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

hirify.global's Consulting – Polska Team supports an ERP/EPM transformation program migrating from SAP ECC, BFC, and Anaplan to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

What you will do

• Track progress across program streams, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, schedules, resource workload, and variances.
• Build and maintain capacity plans covering forecasted workload, team availability, integrator capacity, peak testing periods, and cutover activities.
• Define executive KPIs, prepare dashboards and presentation materials, and support governance meetings.
• Manage consolidated JIRA defect reporting, including triage, prioritization, stream assignment, severity, ticket age, and phase exit criteria.
• Maintain the program risk register, formalize action plans, and monitor their execution.

Requirements

• Experience in operational IT program delivery or PMO, preferably in an ERP environment.
• Understanding of ERP testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and cutover testing.
• Experience coordinating multi-team testing campaigns and monitoring execution, effectiveness metrics, and phase exit criteria.
• Hands-on experience building and managing capacity or workload plans.
• Ability to define KPIs, build reports, and prepare governance presentation decks.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel; strong risk management, analytical, synthesis, and autonomous working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Power BI.
