We are building a next-generation financial platform designed specifically with crypto users in mind. The company is self-funded and founder-led with ambitious plans to bridge traditional finance and the digital asset economy. This role is a self-employed consulting engagement (full-time equivalent, flexible consulting arrangement).

Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day management and translate strategic vision into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Define and execute commercial strategy, drive sustainable growth and support fundraising and investor relations.
- Partner with the CTO and Product to align technology development and the roadmap with market and customer needs.
- Oversee operations, compliance, finance and talent recruitment while establishing scalable processes and performance metrics.
- Act as the public face of the company, building strategic partnerships and credibility across fintech, neo-banking and crypto sectors.

Requirements:

- Significant senior leadership experience within fintech, neo-banking, digital banking or modern financial services.
- Proven track record of building, scaling or leading a financial technology business or product.
- Experience with fundraising, investors and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with experience working closely with technology and product teams.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment for modern financial services and excellent communication and presentation skills.
