Sr. Specialist, Security

Location: Omaha, United States; onsite at FN Business Park. Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; Saturday–Sunday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Salary: $41,116–$65,787 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems across hirify.global locations.
• Identify security threats, suspicious activity, and safety hazards, and respond to alarm activations.
• Coordinate emergency response with police, fire, EMS, and other first responders.
• Dispatch security officers and provide real-time guidance during incidents and service requests.
• Process badge activations and deactivations and coordinate after-hours access for personnel and vendors.
• Prepare shift reports, incident documentation, logs, and handoffs for incoming personnel and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent observation, attention to detail, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States and no requirement for future sponsorship.
• Ability to work the specified onsite schedule, including weekends.

Nice to have

• One to two years of experience in security operations, dispatch, or a related field.
• Experience with security monitoring systems and CCTV operations.
• College degree in security management, criminal justice, emergency management, or a related field.
