Software Developer Tech Lead (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and promote engineering excellence across Corporate Functions applications.
• Oversee the design and implementation of new functionalities in line with architecture standards and best practices.
• Lead adoption of AI development tools such as Copilot, GitHub, and MCP.
• Coordinate process improvement, re-engineering, solution design, debugging, and code optimization.
• Introduce automation to reduce manual and repetitive work.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment and maintenance while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior-level software development experience with hands-on expertise in Azure, C#, and .NET.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud best practices.
• Technical knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, IaaS production environments, Infrastructure as Code, GitLab CI/CD, or SonarQube.
• Experience delivering software or infrastructure development projects and resolving root causes through process improvement and re-engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
