Sr. Financial & Data Analyst

Location: Omaha, FN Tower; hybrid schedule with in-person collaboration three days per week and remote flexibility two days per week

Salary: $81,662–$134,741 base pay annually

What you will do

• Lead complex financial analysis projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models and predictive analytics frameworks.
• Provide senior-level insights and recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Design process improvements for financial operations and support adoption of new analytical methods and tools.
• Collaborate with leadership and business units on financial strategies, metrics, and data initiatives.
• Identify emerging trends and risks, mentor junior analysts, and review deliverables for quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in analytics projects and a strong record of delivering business-impacting insights.
• Experience presenting complex findings to executive audiences.
• Unrestricted work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis.
• CFA, FRM, or another relevant senior-level certification.
• Banking industry expertise.
