Investment Operations Associate (Securities Operations)

Salary: $45,228–$72,365 base pay per year

What you will do

• Input and upload fixed-income trades across trading and portfolio management platforms.
• Execute end-of-day processing for trading and reporting systems while maintaining data integrity.
• Administer APX and Moxy platforms, including pricing, account maintenance, and account coding updates.
• Support daily reconciliation and coordinate with custodians as backup coverage.
• Produce client-facing and internal reports and identify workflow improvements.
• Document operational processes to support consistency and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work accurately in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with securities operations and understanding of trade settlement processes.
• Unrestricted US work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Advent APX/Moxy, TrustDesk, Raymond James Advisor Access, or equivalent systems.
• Knowledge of bank systems, fiduciary services, and regulatory requirements.
