Commercial Services Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH, United States; office-based

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and manage professional service teams supporting hirify.global Business Credit, Lender Finance, and Energy and Renewable Energy portfolios.
• Oversee daily team performance, reporting, resource planning, work allocation, service quality, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage operational risk, controls, loss mitigation, reputation risk, and complex product or process resolutions.
• Partner with Sales and business leaders to improve customer experience, deal execution, onboarding, account servicing, and digital platform support.
• Lead strategic projects, process improvements, change management, and the creation of procedures, job aids, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Develop, train, evaluate, mentor, and supervise multiple direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of Commercial Banking experience in customer or sales support, deposits, loans, operations, and/or regulatory functions.
• Advanced knowledge of Commercial products, services, systems, and related technology.
• Leadership, mentoring, facilitation, negotiation, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, planning, follow-up, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital resources; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
