Senior Project Manager - Economist (m/w/d)

What you will do

• Own macroeconomic real estate forecasting products.
• Further develop the German Property Index and manage the Housing Demand Forecast.
• Develop new economic forecasting models and methodologies.
• Analyze macroeconomic trends, capital markets, interest rates, inflation, financing and broader economic developments.
• Prepare market outlooks, reports and research publications.
• Collaborate with Research, Data Science and Product teams and represent the business in presentations, webinars and client meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Economics or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in macroeconomic research, capital markets or economic forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of macroeconomics and international capital markets.
• Experience developing economic forecasts and quantitative models.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Knowledge of the German real estate market, basic understanding of real estate valuation, and experience with Python, R or similar analytical tools.
