IT Service Desk Agent with Finnish

Location: Gdansk, Poland; hybrid work between office and remote

Salary: PLN 9,000–10,500 per month

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support for end users across hirify.global.
• Troubleshoot and investigate incidents in a timely manner.
• Support users from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Apply ITIL processes in daily service desk work.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 systems.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
