DC Investment Analyst (Pensions)

What you will do

• Support DC Investment Directors with client and adviser queries by preparing materials and coordinating input from internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain presentations, briefing notes, competitor insights, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate with Distribution, Product, and Investment teams on accurate responses to RfPs and RfIs.
• Prepare client and internal meetings, including agendas, materials, and action follow-up.
• Monitor market, client, and adviser developments and share relevant insights.
• Ensure investment materials are clear, accurate, reviewed, and escalated when technical queries arise.

Requirements

• Good understanding of investment principles and strong interest in defined contribution investments.
• Awareness of the pensions and DC market, adviser landscape, and key investment themes.
• Degree or equivalent academic background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly.
• Experience preparing presentations, reports, or client-facing materials in an academic or professional setting.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Progress toward or interest in professional qualifications such as IMC or CFA Level 1.
