Senior Product Manager – Securities & Commodities (Fintech)

Location: Vienna, Austria. Hybrid working model combining onsite collaboration and remote work, with an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of choice.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product flows for securities and commodities, including equity trading, margin trading, and Real-World Assets.
• Define product specifications, user flows, and delivery timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Connect front-end investing interfaces with backend technical, operational, and clearing infrastructure.
• Translate MiFID II, market, and clearing requirements into intuitive and transparent retail investing experiences.
• Drive shipping velocity, task completion, and on-time feature delivery with Engineering and Business Operations.
• Partner with UX, Design, and Data teams to optimize product performance and user engagement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience building retail brokerage, trading, or investing platforms.
• Experience in MiFID II or another heavily regulated fintech or banking environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, order execution, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, and taxation.
• Practical knowledge of stock exchanges, market makers, custodians, and institutional intermediaries.
• Data-driven analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and high-ownership approach.
