About the Role

You will participate in a 12-month formation program with exposure to investment banking and financial markets. You will analyze data, perform financial analysis and valuation, contribute to ECM and M&A projects, support strategic transactions, and help develop financial solutions involving products such as foreign exchange, derivatives, lending, fundraising, energy and digital assets.

Requirements

• Higher education in Administration, Economics, Law, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields completed between December 2024 and December 2026
• Knowledge of data analysis and tools such as Python and SQL
• Ability to work with data and use artificial intelligence tools
• Interest in the financial market and business strategy
• Knowledge of valuation and financial analysis
• Knowledge of the financial market and macroeconomic analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools
• Advanced or fluent English
• Knowledge of back-office structures
• CPA and CPRO-R certification as a differentiator

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic projects for major companies
• Contribute to ECM and M&A analyses, modeling and transactions
• Build financial solutions for companies of different sizes and segments
• Participate in client negotiations and operations
• Contribute to the development of financial products, tools and experiences
• Develop knowledge of financial markets and strategies
