Internship – M&A Analyst (Finance)

Location: France, based in Paris. The internship starts on 4 January 2027.

What you will do

• Conduct company, industry, and sector research to identify potential acquisition targets.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management, the Board, and strategic committees.
• Build, maintain, and update financial models.
• Perform DCF, comparable-company, and precedent-transaction valuation analyses.
• Support due diligence coordination and post-closing integration activities.

Requirements

• Be a final- or penultimate-year student at a leading business or engineering school with strong academic credentials.
• Have prior internship experience in corporate finance, preferably M&A, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Submit a CV in English.

• Proficiency in a third language.
