About the Role
You will build and improve People infrastructure that helps managers and team members make effective, autonomous decisions. You will own People products end to end, including onboarding, People data, compensation processes, internal tools, documentation, and operational improvements. You will coordinate stakeholders, maintain reliable databases, answer People questions, and turn recurring friction into scalable processes or tooling.
Requirements
- Experience in general operations such as Chief of Staff or Ops Manager, People Operations, or direct ownership of People topics
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders across an organisation, including senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with new tools, AI, and automation
- Ability to reason from first principles and handle exceptions logically
- Ability to simplify processes
- Understanding of strong organisational culture
- Resilience to feedback
- Strong ownership and autonomy
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience and coordinate managers, IT, and the Ops team
- Keep onboarding content current and run feedback surveys with new joiners
- Maintain People databases as a reliable single source of truth
- Structure People information for access through AI
- Keep compensation and incentives up to date with market practices
- Answer People questions or dispatch them to the appropriate owner
- Improve documentation, processes, and tooling based on recurring requests and friction
- Lead ad hoc People infrastructure projects
