What you will do

• Develop predictive models using supervised and unsupervised machine learning, econometrics, forecasting, and quantitative diagnosis.
• Design and implement constraint optimization solutions and simulation models.
• Apply algorithms to process large and unstructured datasets.
• Execute modelling, business and IT analysis, and partial coding assignments in client transformation projects.
• Contribute to the development of hirify.global’s data science offerings and interpret emerging industry challenges.
• Support business development by helping define client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, applied mathematics, IT, or a similar field.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in data science, AI, and related sectors such as energy and finance.
• Analytical, rigorous, dynamic, results-oriented, and committed approach.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and synthesis skills.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
