What you will do

• Develop and deploy scalable data science solutions for use cases in oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, pharma, life sciences, and power and utilities.
• Lead and contribute to use case generation workshops with subject matter experts and customers.
• Clean and analyze complex industrial data through exploratory data analysis.
• Implement physical and machine learning models in Python and deploy them to the model hosting environment.
• Apply GenAI techniques and develop web applications on hirify.global Data Fusion with AI agents.
• Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects, project managers, customers, and partners on project deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, data analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a data scientist.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI IDEs such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Experience with machine learning methods, statistics, and/or optimization, as well as Git.
• Experience working directly with external customers.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and approach complex challenges with ownership.
