What you will do

• Develop and evolve Data Science products focusing on customer value, churn, and retention within agile, multidisciplinary squads.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap leveraging ML/AI.
• Design and plan technical solutions, including the creation of epics, user stories, and tasks.
• Build scalable data pipelines on GCP and handle the development, deployment, and monitoring of ML models in production.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and overall business impact of AI systems.
• Apply advanced techniques such as causal inference, probabilistic modeling, simulation, and NLP to real-world data.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or ML roles within production environments.
• Strong programming and computer science fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and the full model lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor).
• Experience with databases and data extraction/analysis.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
