Workforce AI & Automation Domain Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead architecture for Workforce AI and Automation products, including copilots, agents, low-code solutions, and workflow automation.
• Translate product ambitions and functional and non-functional requirements into compliant, implementable end-to-end designs.
• Design solutions across data access and grounding, identity, APIs, integration, cloud services, orchestration, security, privacy, and observability.
• Guide products from discovery and option assessment through implementation, assurance, operational transition, and live operation.
• Align product architecture with DEX domain direction, enterprise standards, Digital Foundations, Digital Workplace, and Operations Factory capabilities.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns, ownership, lifecycle, support, service, control, and human-in-the-loop models before scaling.

Requirements

• Experience in architecture or senior technical leadership for AI, automation, low-code, SaaS, or digital products in a complex organisation.
• Ability to create compliant end-to-end designs and provide design authority over decisions, risks, dependencies, exceptions, and technical debt.
• Strong expertise in generative AI, copilots, agents, low-code or workflow automation, and their engineering lifecycles.
• Practical knowledge of APIs, integration, cloud services, orchestration, software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, security, resilience, and responsible AI.
• Ability to work with engineers, vendors, product teams, business stakeholders, operations, risk, and architecture governance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience introducing architecture discipline into emerging AI, automation, or citizen-development products.
• Software development experience and knowledge of low-code and no-code platforms.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
• Understanding of AI architecture and experience with one or more technology stacks.
