Investor Relations Advisory Analyst

What you will do

• Produce periodic market updates and listing reports, including weekly memos, capital markets overviews, and read-across analysis.
• Prepare meeting presentations and contribute to IR Advisory content and events.
• Deliver shareholder analyses and post-listing advisory reports for listed companies across Europe.
• Analyze local share registers under Shareholders Rights Directive II and assess institutional shareholding movements and investor behavior.
• Support client relationship development across France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, and Italy.
• Contribute to strategic projects analyzing shareholder structures of major European indices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in capital markets, banking, asset management, or investor relations.
• Business school or university degree in Finance, Economics, or Capital Markets.
• Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas; VBA is advantageous.
• Experience using databases such as Bloomberg and FactSet.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, French, and Dutch.
