Analyst, Global Perception Advisory

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Salary: €3,000–€3,400 gross monthly, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support perception studies and investor sentiment assessments for publicly traded companies, primarily across EMEA and APAC.
• Conduct discussions with institutional investors, buy-side and sell-side analysts, and other market participants.
• Analyze investor feedback, market intelligence, and benchmarking data to identify strategic themes, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for C-Suite and Board-level audiences.
• Translate complex sentiment and market data into investor engagement, communication, and market positioning strategies.
• Maintain expertise in global capital markets, institutional investor behavior, valuation methodologies, and Investor Relations best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in capital markets, consulting, buy-side or sell-side research, or investor relations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior executives and institutional investors.
• Consultative and analytical mindset, curiosity, and passion for capital markets.
• Valid working permit for the European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bloomberg or similar financial market platforms.
• Knowledge of EMEA and APAC market dynamics.
