Technical Support Associate (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Lehi, Utah office; the posting header lists Salt Lake City.

Salary: $26.45–$32.70 USD per hour

What you will do

• Provide email and scheduled-call support for customers using hirify.global products while meeting performance goals.
• Build expertise in hirify.global products and integrations including telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with internal teams, help identify bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Represent the customer voice with Success, Sales, and Product teams to influence priorities, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Create documentation, training materials, and process guides for customers and support colleagues.

Requirements

• Recently completed a technical degree and interested in developing a career in technical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and respectfully.
• Self-motivated, proactive, curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the Lehi, Utah office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or similar telephony and web conferencing tools.
• Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming and scripting languages.
