CRM Data Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Menara Skymind office, Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia; in-person work three days a week or more, with flexibility to work from home or remotely on other days

What you will do

• Acquire, cleanse, profile, and validate CRM data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct data anomalies and discrepancies.
• Use ETL and AI tools for data acquisition, processing, ingestion, and content preparation.
• Schedule data acquisition and independently manage selected CRM data maintenance projects.
• Document data sources, extraction processes, and data flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with Research & Analytics, Data Engineering, clients, vendors, and sales teams to improve CRM effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data sourcing, acquisition, or related research roles.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and quality validation, ideally in Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and industry practices.
• Availability to work from the Menara Skymind office in Penang three days a week or more.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
