Data Operations Analyst (Traditional Chinese Speaker)

What you will do

• Create and deliver accurate, timely client outputs through data cleaning, categorization, and input validation.
• Handle commercial and client-related queries by investigating data, process, and product issues with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload while meeting departmental and company schedules.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in coding, data validation, client instructions, processes, and tools.
• Provide feedback to country teams and support the adoption of standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate across Operations and Enablement teams in a virtual, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of operational experience are welcome.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Project management skills, including task sequencing and understanding critical paths.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Traditional Chinese is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, charts, spreadsheets, and tables.
