What you will do
- Execute daily media measurement production processes and reports according to operational schedules.
- Monitor production jobs and automated workflows to ensure timely completion.
- Perform routine quality checks and investigate data discrepancies to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Support production processes, operational activities, and issue resolution with local and global teams.
- Provide remote software installation and user support for GfK reporting applications.
- Participate in rotational after-office hours, weekend, standby, and on-call support to maintain production service continuity.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases, with an interest in data, systems, and operational processes.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
- Willingness to work on a rotational after-office schedule and participate in standby or on-call duties.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
