Frontend Tech Lead (TypeScript) (Enterprise Low-Code Platform): Leading technical execution and hands-on frontend development for a complex enterprise low-code platform with an accent on TypeScript, Web Components, automated testing, accessibility, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on defining frontend architecture and testing strategy, improving CI/CD and developer experience, resolving technical bottlenecks, and mentoring engineers.
Location: Krakow, Małopolskie, Poland (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day technical execution by breaking down features, making team-level design decisions, communicating risks, and coordinating shared changes.
- Contribute hands-on production code, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and unblock engineers.
- Define frontend quality standards covering testing, branching, releases, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
- Own the automated testing strategy, establish test-layer boundaries with QA, select tooling, and build a team testing culture.
- Lead AI-assisted development, testing, and documentation practices, including usage boundaries and review standards for generated output.
- Mentor engineers, improve build tooling and CI/CD, manage technical debt, support planning and discovery, and onboard new team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend web development experience, including 2+ years in a formal Tech Lead role.
- Advanced TypeScript and modern ECMAScript knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Web Components, browser platform APIs, accessibility requirements, cross-browser development, and frontend architecture patterns.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks, state management, and tooling such as linters, Vite, Vitest, Playwright, and Storybook.
- Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to establish structured team-wide AI workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD, build tooling optimization, developer experience improvements, technical communication, and agile practices.
Nice to have
- Deep experience with React or another modern frontend framework.
- DevOps experience and familiarity with Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience designing and maintaining UI component libraries, plus Selenium experience.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET 10, SQL, OData, server-side rendering, performance profiling, or observability tooling.
