TL;DR
Senior Frontend Engineer (React): Building and supporting mobile-first React SPAs for a high-load live-streaming platform and marketing administration panels with an accent on API integration, responsive interfaces, and scalable frontend architecture. Focus on optimizing React performance, improving state management and build tooling, reviewing code, and designing reliable solutions for high-load applications.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

What you will do
- Develop and support mobile-first React SPAs for a high-load live-streaming application.
- Build and maintain administration panels and marketing pages.
- Integrate REST and WebSocket backend APIs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to meet technical and product requirements.
- Improve frontend architecture, performance, optimization, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and share frontend expertise with teammates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.
- Advanced knowledge of React, including React Hooks and Context API.
- Experience with Redux, preferably Redux Toolkit, and Zustand.
- Strong skills in responsive layouts using SCSS/SASS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
- Understanding of React performance optimization, Webpack or Vite, CI/CD, and ESLint.
- Intermediate English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and module federation.
- Knowledge of browser limitations.
- Experience with HLS or WebRTC video streaming technologies.
