Senior/Expert Frontend Developer (React)

Location: Malmö, Sweden; hybrid work with 3 days per week from the office in Southern Sweden. Relocation to Sweden is required after the first 3 months. Commuting during the initial 3 months is possible, with travel costs covered as business travel expenses.

Salary: Senior 1,000–1,400 PLN/day; Expert 1,400–1,800 PLN/day, B2B.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a small team of frontend engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications with React and TypeScript.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture discussions, and code quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
• Build and improve developer-facing APIs, SDKs, and web platform tooling.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of commercial frontend software development experience.
• Professional experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work from the Southern Sweden office three days per week and relocate to Sweden after the initial 3-month period.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems, mapping platforms, spatial visualization systems, or location-based applications.
