Senior Game Producer, Premium Content - VALORANT

Location: Based in Singapore; full relocation support is provided.

Riot Singapore is a game development studio partnering with the Los Angeles headquarters on League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT, and research and development products.

What you will do

• Own production planning and delivery for VALORANT Premium Content, including schedules, priorities, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive predictable delivery across internal teams and co-development partners by identifying constraints, resolving blockers, and addressing root causes.
• Partner with Product and Creative leaders to make scope, priority, and resource trade-off decisions based on player value, quality, cost, risk, and production data.
• Define completion criteria while balancing creative ambition, quality, timelines, investment, and player impact.
• Build relationships across disciplines, cultures, locations, and external development partners.
• Communicate milestones, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership while improving production workflows and team practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of game production experience, including shipping AAA games or major AAA game content.
• 2+ years owning production of player-facing content for a AAA live-service game.
• End-to-end production experience with creative content and substantial collaboration with Art, VFX, Animation, and Technical Art teams.
• Experience balancing player value, quality, development cost, risk, resources, scope, and delivery constraints.
• Experience managing delivery and dependencies across distributed teams and co-development or external development partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including partnership with Product and Creative teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with cosmetics or monetization systems.
• Experience working on competitive multiplayer games.
• Experience with VALORANT or other first-person shooters.
