What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain firearms and related components.
• Disassemble, reassemble, clean, lubricate, and functionally test firearms.
• Modify and fit components according to technical drawings and customer specifications.
• Use hand tools, workshop machinery, gauges, and measuring equipment for maintenance and repair.
• Support quality inspections, weapons testing, and safe firearm handling.
• Follow HSE requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Technical or high school diploma in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as a gunsmith or firearms maintenance technician.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, gauges, and workshop machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in the defence or small-arms manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of firearm manufacturing, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Experience with metalworking, machining, or woodworking processes.
