What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts with varying complexity and risk.
• Monitor account systems, databases, controls, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and related operational activity.
• Review legal documents and agreements, provide comments to counsel, and coordinate regulatory and risk matters with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Research and resolve client service and control issues while coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Support transaction structuring and closing, sales calls, client meetings, presentations, fee proposals, and relationship expansion.
• Identify revenue opportunities, support departmental projects, and mentor less experienced associates when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or a combined 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including the required 2 years of relevant client service experience.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, regulations, risk controls, and personal computer software.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
