What you will do

• Manage client relationships and the daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets accounts and transactions.
• Monitor operational systems, account activity, internal controls, risk exposure, and regulatory compliance.
• Review legal documents and agreements, provide comments to counsel, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Work with attorneys, financial advisors, service partners, and clients to structure and close transactions.
• Execute cash flows, fee billing, reporting, receivables collection, and other account administration activities.
• Support sales calls, client meetings, new business development, departmental projects, and mentoring of less experienced associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or a combined 6 years of higher education and work experience including the same client service experience.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Knowledge of corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Experience with specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
