Security Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Own focused security engineering tasks and deliver reliable solutions.
• Build and maintain SOAR workflows and SIEM integrations for automated detection, triage, and response.
• Develop AI agents and LLM-powered automation for security operations.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and automated remediation pipelines end to end.
• Implement compliance and policy as code, and embed security scanning into Terraform, CDK, and other IaC pipelines.
• Harden cloud environments, improve IAM systems, operate MDM/EDR platforms, and partner with infrastructure, engineering, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on security engineering experience across cloud, identity, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.
• Experience building SOAR workflows and integrating SIEM platforms.
• Ability to develop automation with AI agents and LLMs.
• Experience with policy as code, compliance controls, and infrastructure-as-code security scanning.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and take ownership of security systems.
• Work may include nights, weekends, and periods of pressure because the business is tied to live sports.
