Finance Operations Specialist

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Own full-cycle accounts payable, invoice coding, vendor setup & KYB, and payment runs across multi-entity structure
• Track and reconcile customer funds flows and processor settlements against internal records
• Perform bank reconciliations and flag discrepancies for review
• Support preparation of multi-entity financial statements and monthly close process
• Analyze financial performance and implement optimization processes
• Advise and execute buildout of financial reporting dashboards with Data and Engineering teams
• Support external audits, third party requests, and regulatory reporting
• Liaise with state and local agencies for registrations and tax filings

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, USA
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or finance at a high-growth startup or trading exchange
• Ability to work under pressure including nights and weekends tied to live sports
