Head of Singapore (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the Singapore P&L, including revenue, growth, margin, planning, and delivery.
• Lead the Singapore operation and local team across sales, client management, marketing, pipeline, conversion, and service.
• Drive client acquisition, partnerships, distribution, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and lifetime value.
• Partner with Product on the Singapore retail proposition, including new propositions, retail crypto offerings, front-end strategy, and platform migration.
• Represent IG with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, regulators, media, partners, and industry bodies.
• Manage competitive positioning and communicate the Singapore business plan to divisional and group leadership.

Requirements

• Experience owning and growing a P&L or revenue book in a regulated trading, brokerage, or fintech business.
• Direct hands-on experience with MAS Capital Markets Services (CMS) licensing and the Singapore regulatory environment.
• Experience leading the commercial and operational side of an established market, including sales and client management.
• Experience building, leading, and coaching high-performing commercial teams.
• Knowledge of the Singapore market and competitive landscape across CFDs, FX, and brokerage.
• Ability to balance growth with compliant and sustainable business practices.
