TL;DR
Security Program Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading Lennar's enterprise security assurance program across policy reviews, evidence management, audit responses, and NIST CSF control adherence with an accent on multi-workstream program delivery, governance, risk, and compliance. Focus on maintaining policy and evidence libraries, coordinating internal and external audits, selecting security management platforms, and briefing senior stakeholders on program risks and status.

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; regular in-person attendance at the hirify.global office is required.

What you will do

  • Lead the enterprise security assurance program as a multi-workstream initiative using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery practices.
  • Maintain the annual assurance calendar covering evidence collection, policy reviews, audit responses, and regulatory deadlines.
  • Own the policy and evidence libraries, including policy lifecycle reviews, evidence cataloging, retrieval, and timely evidence refreshes.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit engagements and regulatory evidence requests as hirify.global's primary liaison.
  • Partner with control and policy owners to interpret requirements, resolve gaps, and support compliant policy development.
  • Select and implement systems of record for security policy and evidence management, with SharePoint and AuditBoard under consideration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience across IT program or project management, audit, risk, compliance, or governance, including at least 5 years leading multi-workstream programs.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall/Predictive, and hybrid methodologies; PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with internal or external audit teams and representing an organization in audit and regulatory discussions.
  • Working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST SP 800-53, with familiarity with SOC, PCI, and FFIEC requirements.
  • Experience with security or document management platforms; AuditBoard and SharePoint experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills required.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity and IT auditing experience, including security risk and vulnerability identification.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISA, CRISC, CIA, CGEIT, or CISSP.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
