Product Manager, Roblox Network (Roblox)

GAMURS builds products and media networks for gaming and fandom communities, including a Roblox Network reaching millions of players each month.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for Roblox Network websites, tools, conversion surfaces, newsletters, and the BloxInformer companion app.
• Design, ship, and A/B-test email and account capture experiences that convert visitors into subscribers.
• Develop subscription and freemium opportunities, including premium tiers, paywalls, and free-to-paid funnels.
• Build repeat-use player tools such as calculators, code finders, guides, and companion features.
• Launch the BloxInformer app, beginning with a Codes Hunter MVP, and expand it with additional guides and tools.
• Coordinate with content, SEO, newsletter, and engineering teams while writing PRDs and gathering player feedback.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of product management experience shipping consumer web and/or mobile products.
• Experience with growth and conversion work, experimentation, and marketing funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining events and evaluating capture rate, retention, paid conversion, and LTV.
• Ability to write clear PRDs, prioritize effectively, and execute with a small cross-functional team.
• Fluency with modern tooling and AI, with enthusiasm for building AI-powered features.
• Interest in Roblox, gaming, and gaming communities, plus willingness to prototype and ship small changes directly.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or freemium products and recurring-revenue models.
• Familiarity with SEO-driven content businesses and organic traffic conversion.
• Experience launching a mobile app or browser extension from zero to launch.
