What you will do
- Design and create engaging, challenging levels for a successful mobile puzzle game.
- Develop and iterate on game mechanics and features that improve the core gameplay loop.
- Analyze player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to identify product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, artists, and product specialists to bring designs and features to life.
- Structure, run, and monitor A/B tests while playtesting levels and features.
- Contribute to difficulty balancing, the product roadmap, and the studio's strategic direction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in game design, product specialization, or a similar role in mobile gaming.
- Strong knowledge of mobile puzzle and hybrid-casual games.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven design decisions.
- Understanding of player psychology, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and an iterative approach to testing and improving designs.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity or other game development tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience shipping successful mobile games.
