Head of Payment Operations (Fintech)

hirify.global is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.

What you will do

• Run operations across real-time and batch payment flows with multiple partner banks.
• Launch and lead AML operations, including workflows, staffing, and transaction monitoring.
• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and dispute handling processes.
• Build and lead a Philippines-based operations team, focusing on hiring, performance, and retention.
• Define and report on SLAs and KPIs for the payment operations function.
• Manage operational communication with regulators.

Requirements

• 5+ years in payment operations within international fintech or digital banking.
• Proven experience in reconciliation, settlements, and disputes at scale.
• Demonstrated management experience in building and scaling teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for regulatory and team communication.
• Must be ready to relocate to Manila; the first three months onsite are required for work visa processing.
